Sleep Care Tips
Struggling with sleep? Health and wellbeing coaches can help.
If stress, lifestyle habits, poor routines, or low energy are affecting your sleep, our coaches offer a supportive, non-clinical space to help you make meaningful changes.
What we offer:
- up to 6 one-to-one sessions, tailored to your needs
- a person-centred approach focused on your goals
- support to explore your habits and build confidence
- reflective conversations - not clinical advice or treatment
Focus areas:
- daily habits: activity, rest, screen use, caffeine, work-life balance
- understanding energy patterns and pacing
- building confidence for small, sustainable lifestyle changes
- signposting to self-help or clinical services (only if you choose)
You may benefit from coaching if you:
- are 18 or over
- want to explore lifestyle patterns, routines, energy and habits around sleep
- are not in crisis
- are willing to engage in open, goal-oriented conversations
- are ready to make changes you identify yourself

Chronic Pain
Are you living with chronic pain? Health and wellbeing coaches can help.
Our Health and Wellbeing Team is here to support you if you're living with ongoing (chronic) pain.
We focus on your individual needs and work with you as a whole person. Our goal is to help you feel more confident and give your practical skills to manage your pain and improve your overall wellbeing.
What we offer:

- support to explore your habits and build confidence
- reflective conversations - not clinical advice or treatment
Together we can help with:
- understanding how pain works
- pace activities to reduce the risk of flare-ups
- relaxation techniques
- improve sleep routines
- manage mood and emotional wellbeing
- understanding the impact of nutrition on pain and energy
- develop strategies for maintaining progress
You may benefit from coaching if you:
- are 18 or over
- live with chronic pain (pain lasting more than 3 months)
- have pain that significantly impacts daily function, mood, sleep, or quality of life
- are open to exploring non-medical/self management approaches to pain?
- are willing to engage in goal setting and behaviour change?
